This is why we bring gratitude & self-care together: so that caring for yourself becomes something your mind learns to recognise, value & naturally repeat.

This journey is hosted by TransformHER Leadership & facilitated by Senomi & Nicky in a warm and supportive space.
Based on Neuroscience this gratitude practice grew out of our Self-Care Mini Retreat & ongoing work with women leaders, entrepreneurs & business owners.
It makes self-care more visible & easier to sustain. Over time, this shifts how we relate to ourselves, making self-care part of how we live & lead rather than something we have to add.
How it works
- Each weekday, we’ll share a short prompt in our private WhatsApp group inviting you to notice one act of self-care & name it as gratitude.
- You choose how you engage — by sharing, reflecting quietly or simply reading & moving on. There’s no pressure to post & nothing to catch up on. We hold this lightly & lovingly.
- Weekly email reflections help you zoom out & notice how your attention & self-care shift over time.
